The tender will be offered as a single national service provider, which means that any existing provider, group of providers, people elsewhere or people who could come together will be entitled to tender for this. However, it will be specifically for an overall single national service provider which would oversee, manage and provide the full guardian ad litem service. One would no longer have a situation, if one likes, of free-standing guardians ad litemoperating entirely independently of the rest of the system, as happens currently.
