At the request of the broadcasting and recording services, members are requested to ensure their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane or flight mode for the duration of the meeting. It is not sufficient to leave them in silent mode as this will maintain the level of interference with the broadcasting system. In accordance with the standard procedures agreed to and in keeping with the concept of paperless committees, all documentation is available on the database.
