I apologise for interrupting but I refer to a scenario in which a company like Lone Pine Resources already was based in Ireland and had an interest in extracting gas, for example in the Corrib field but wanted to extract shale gas in Leitrim. A ban on fracking was introduced by the Government and by the elected Parliament. Is Mr. Kelly saying such a company has no right to sue this country for banning fracking?
