I cannot recall anybody who is specifically opposed to the trade agreement. Everybody we meet is pro-trade, although there are specific concerns. Early in the negotiations we spoke about tariff rate quotas for beef. Based on the arguments we made at the time, there were concerns in the agriculture sector, but we negotiated successfully and managed to get a good result.
