I am saying that what was agreed at the December meeting, which is the last line of that meeting, which is "The Board agreed to consider the matter of price in conjunction with consideration of the above sales process paper". So there was no agreement on a specific figure at the meeting of 12 December. The point the Chairman is making in regard to the minutes of 8 January-----
