It does not fill me with confidence about how mortgage holders will be protected into the future. There is a great deal of emphasis on the contract. What role does the Central Bank play in the composition of the contract to ensure there is enough flexibility for people to switch and do whatever else might be required and that there is consumer protection in the contract?
