Yes, exactly. We will challenge the bank until we are satisfied with the scheme. The second point is that we have built in an appeals process for individuals within the framework if people are not happy. Ultimately, if people are still unhappy they can go to the Ombudsman or further. We are not precluding people from taking further action but we are trying to make it easy so that people do not have to do that by ensuring the redress and compensation are adequate in the first place.
