Mr. Bernard Sheridan:

My area regulates the non-banks, the retail credit firms, as we call them. Prior to the crisis we had some of these lenders coming into the subprime area, which is not necessarily what we want. Since the crisis firms that were already here and which had stopped lending have not expressed any interest in getting back into the market. It is only now we seeing new interest coming from that firm, that applicant.
