This is a new situation presenting and the Deputy must excuse the fact that the Chair has not gone through this before. Unfortunately, Deputy Coppinger is not in a position to actually call a vote. It is one of the rules of the committee system, and not of this Chair, which I wish to emphasise to her. In the absence of a nominated member or one presenting to move Deputy Coppinger's amendment, I will not be able to take it.

I beg the Deputy's pardon. I can, in fact, put it to a voice vote. I will accommodate that. Is the Deputy happy to proceed that way?
