I am going to interpret this myself. I ask members for their attention. There is confusion here and some day they will be in a position like this and will have to take the guidance but I am not happy with it. We have agreed amendment No. 5, the effect of that is that the new section replaces the former section 20. We have already agreed that so that change has taken place in my view. The proposition at this point, having changed the content of section 20 by the agreement to accept amendment No. 5, is that we are now looking at a new section 20 that reflects the content of amendment No. 5. I am asking that the new section 20 stand part of the Bill.
