We have a quorum of the required four members so will commence in public session. I ask members to switch off their phones as they can interfere with the broadcasting of the meeting. Apologies have been received from Deputy Niamh Smyth. We congratulate Deputy Smyth on the birth of her baby and hope mother and baby are doing well. I propose we now go into private session to deal with a number of items.
