I thank the committee for inviting me here today to answer questions in order to assist it with its review of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report. By way of background, my name is Patrick Long. I am a managing director at Lazard. I am based in London. I lead Lazard's real estate mergers and acquisitions, M&A, activities in the UK and Ireland and I led the Lazard team which advised NAMA on Project Eagle.
