While the inspectorate, regretfully, does not have the statutory authority to oversee implementation of recommendations, nevertheless, Mr. Toland has noted that recent legislation provides for the Policing Authority to have a role in monitoring implementation of some of the inspectorate's recommendations. Let me piggyback on Deputy Clare Daly's questions. Will Mr. Toland clarify whether, when he uses the word "some", there is a specific differentiation? It is relevant to Deputy Clare Daly's line of questioning.
