Is it agreed that COM (2016) 547, Schedule A, a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and the Council amending Regulation (EC) No. 1920/2006 on information exchange, an early warning system and a risk assessment procedure for new psychoactive substances, does not warrant further scrutiny? Agreed.

Is it agreed that COM (2016) 548, Schedule B, a proposal for a Council decision on subjecting the new psychoactive substance methyl 2-[[1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-1H-indole-3-carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethylbutanoate (MDMB-CHMICA) to control measures, does not warrant further scrutiny? Agreed.
