This has come to me through the documents I have got one way or another for today. I will set out some of the findings. Section 37 relates to Mr. Cushnahan. The Northern Ireland Audit Office stated it was concerned about the involvement of a former non-executive member of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive audit committee who resigned from that committee. The report goes on to state that he worked for the NIHE and then took up a position as chairman of the Red Sky group in April 2007. I understand this group supplied contracts to a local authority in Northern Ireland. This is the key point. The report states his involvement was totally unethical and could and should have been avoided. Was any member of the deputation aware of that in 2013, or was brought to their attention? This subsequently surfaced on "Spotlight", as I understand it.
