I have received apologies from Deputy Maria Bailey and Senators Kevin Humphreys and Catherine Ardagh. I welcome members to the meeting. I remind colleagues to turn off their mobile phones, not just for the private session but in particular for the public session, as they interfere both with the meeting and the recording of it. I propose that we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters before returning to public session. Is that agreed? Agreed.
