Mr. Power indicated vacancy levels in commercial property were at a record low. According to the graph provided, they are lower than they were in 2003. The witnesses take the view that this should stimulate growth or greater investment in commercial property. The committee has discussed the issue of access to commercial property as it is hampering growth, particularly in the capital.
