One can only sell something once. It is the nature of the process which provides us with the reasonable assurance that the best price was available. When restrictions start coming into the process, it creates a difficulty for me. I do not have a crystal ball which tells me what the best price in the market is. I rely on the process and if the process is not there, I do not have enough assurance that the best price was achieved.
