I am happy with the report. I presented the report I wanted to present. If I were to make one comment, clearly there has been disagreement all along the way here, but at the end of the day my duty is to examine and to report. I felt obliged to report at the end of the process. What I have tried to present here is my best assessment. The obligation is on me to give my opinion and that is what I have done in this report.
