Mr. McCarthy, therefore, made this report on the one hand but there was also a report to SIPO, of which he is a member. He should be careful not to say anything in respect of his conclusions. He might have to exempt himself from the SIPO discussion because he is involved. I want to put that on record in case people raise it afterwards. Mr. McCarthy might just clarify his role.
