Exactly. Just to complement that remark, broadband has been increasingly described as something akin to a human right. There is a social dimension to it. In terms of connecting and participating in the modern world, we are almost at the point where decent broadband access is required. Increasingly, this can be seen as a social issue rather than purely an issue of economic development.
