I would like to pick up on the point made about the experience in other countries. Given that 77% of the budget is tax-funded, it is obvious that there is a high level of subsidisation of private patients in this country. Would that be very unusual in other countries? It has been mentioned that approximately 10% of people in the United Kingdom have health insurance. Is it entirely private or is there any element of public subsidisation?
