Maybe some of the officials will be familiar with this, but last weekend a lot of people commented, understandably very negatively, on a certain group of countries meeting. The real purpose of that meeting was the difficulties in the Italian banks. In that context, a number of the other member states involved in that meeting, which were leading, founding member states, indicated that they were not willing to be terribly helpful to the proposals being put forward by the Italian Prime Minister.
