This meeting has been convened for the purpose of consideration by the select committee of the Single Resolution Board (Loan Facility Agreement) Bill 2016 which was referred to it by order of the Dáil on 29 June. Apologies have been received from Deputy Michael McGrath and Deputy Frank O'Rourke has been formally nominated to attend in his place. I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Eoghan Murphy. There are ten amendments to the Bill. It is intended that we consider the Bill until we conclude Committee Stage. Is that agreed? Agreed. A list of amendments which have been grouped for the purposes of debate has been circulated.
