I wish to revert on the procurement issue. I accept the Chairman's statement that the Department of Health will appear before us in the autumn, but it would also be useful to have a comparison with other Departments. If we are discussing 30% non-competitive procurement in a sample in the health service, how does that compare with other Departments? Is it similar, better or worse?
