I move amendment No. 10:

In page 13, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following:"(4) Where section 13(1) or 14(1) applies, the period of postponed leave shall commence not later than 7 days after the relevant parent is no longer sick or on such other date as may be agreed between the relevant parent and the employer.".
