On a matter of clarification, the Minister mentioned a "relevant parent" in one of the amendments. Is that reflected in the Bill? It mentions "certain employees". Is it worth mentioning "a relevant parent" and "certain employees" in the Bill? As a matter of clarification, would that be worth including?
