Good morning. We have a quorum and are now in public session. I remind colleagues again that mobile phones must be put in flight mode or switched off completely, as they interfere not just with the meeting but the recording and broadcast of proceedings. In accordance with standard procedures agreed by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for paperless committees, all documentation for the meeting has been circulated to members on the document database. I propose we go into private session to deal with correspondence and other matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
