Apologies have been received from Deputy Seán Canney. In accordance with the standard procedures agreed by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for paperless committees, all documentation for the meeting has been circulated to members on the document database. I ask members, for the purposes of broadcasting and recording the meeting, to turn off their mobile telephones completely or put them into flight mode. I propose we go into private session to deal with correspondence and certain other matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
