Deputy Deasy has said that a number of times. I would challenge him to obtain legal advice from the advisers that exist in the Houses of the Oireachtas so that he can know that I am not hiding behind these reports. It is very easy for the Deputy to say that but has he got legal advice that tells me I can do it? I do not think he has.
