Those that we refused are now in a situation where a focus is being brought on what they need to do, which is what their peers in the sector have already done. If a lending restrictions exists in a credit union, it carries a certain amount of information value, which is that the credit union needs to do more to protect its members' funds. If there is no lending restriction, it equally carries information value, which is that the credit union prioritised its efforts in terms of its basic credit practices.
