I move amendment No. 19:

In page 9, line 16, after "services" to insert ", in accordance with the Rules of Racing,".

Section 8 of the 2001 Act provides that HRI shall carry out registry office functions in accordance with the rules of racing. The Bill proposes to remove this wording but I propose that the status quoremain.
