Ulster Bank would deal with the banking unit. It deals with banks to the extent that the Department of Finance, as a Department, deals with the banks separately as a shareholder. We have the two aspects separated: our interaction with the banks in which we have a shareholding, which is done through our shareholder management unit, and our interaction with banks generally, including our interest in how the banks perform and how they provide the lifeblood to the economy, which is done through the banking division. This division would have the same relationship with the Ulster Bank, KBC and any of the-----
