I move amendment No. 4:
In page 11, between lines 22 and 23, to insert the following:“(5) Future applications under Docklands Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) shall—(a) include a condition to provide for 20 per cent social housing,
(b) include a condition to provide for local employment, and
(c) include a condition to provide for a contribution scheme for community gain within the Docklands area.”.
