Again, I am operating from second-hand information, and I think this may have been released under a freedom of information request in recent months. I think it may have got to the point at which the preliminary board met and interviewed a number of people and, on foot of that, were not in a position to recommend that a further interview take place under the Top Level Appointments Commission. I am subject to correction on that, but from my recollection, that is what happened.
