There needs to be a strong distinction between problematic drug use and non-problematic drug use. If one wants to connect with teenagers and young people, one has to acknowledge the fact that some people will use drugs sensibly without seeing negative consequences, while others will have such consequences. It is important to be realistic about it in order to connect with people and not to say "Just say no".
