The role of youth services should be emphasised. It is absolutely crucial. BeLonG To is here and I was at a meeting earlier in one of the youth services in the north inner city. They have a crucial role to play, particularly in more disadvantaged areas to support young people who may be at risk or who are already using drugs. It is one of the reasons we continue to argue that the young people's facilities services fund must be maintained as part of the national drugs strategy. I emphasise that point.
