I wish to respond to Deputy O'Dowd's point. I said earlier - we can check the transcripts to verify this - that the dishonourable behaviour of a small minority of members of An Garda Síochána had undone the very honourable, patriotic, decent service given by the vast majority of members of An Garda Síochána.
