Looking at the two banks which were in the worst trouble, should we not have had in the system, particularly in INBS ... that this had been building up over a number of years and it should have been brought to you, you know, from the regulator and from the Central Bank rather than have it be the subject of the Reuters' story that you had to then take account of and measures------
