In the Dáil, in January 2009, Mr. Lenihan said, "The only legislation before the Taoiseach and I that evening was a Bill which, in all material terms, is the same as the Bill before the House today." And he was talking about the nationalisation of Anglo Irish Bank. So just explain how it was that, if you like, he's saying it was before you that night? Is that the case?
