We have ... you mentioned the nationalisation bill, which has a head under it that would ... allowed for guarantee, so that would have been around June and the e-mail that you referred to in relation to the conversation about bringing in specific legislation for a guarantee, the e-mail that we have as a committee is dated 24 April 2008. So, would that be about the earliest possible time that you, as Minister for Finance, would have been aware of the possibility, or the potential, or the need to look at legislation that could allow for a Government guarantee?
