The committee will now engage in the scrutiny of EU proposals. There is one schedule A proposal and seven schedule B proposals for decision. Schedule A, COM (2015) 38 is a proposal for a Council regulation on the suspension of customs duties applicable to imports of certain heavy oils and other similar products. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is proposed that the proposals listed in schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny: COM (2015) 154; COM (2015) 155; COM (2015) 157; COM (2015) 172; COM (2015) 201; COM (2015) 202; and COM (2015) 220. It is proposed that those proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
