We will begin with a consideration of EU proposals before us. It is proposed that the proposal listed in Schedule B, COM(2015)280 does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Schedule A, COM(2015)212.1 is a proposal for a Council Regulation amending Regulation (EU) No. 2015/104 as regards certain fishing opportunities. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
