And just to complete the matters ... a conclusion, they ... it's just on ... on your opening statement of page 8, you say ... this is the top of the page, "Today we're unlikely to know the genesis of the next crisis so we need to have a system which can react quickly to changing circumstances including domestic, European, and international circumstances." An ... An implied statement there, I would think, is that every crisis begins with the assumption that it's different now. My-----
