Apologies have been received from Deputy Seán Crowe, who is unable to attend. We wish him well during his recovery. Hopefully he will be back again in the next six or eight weeks. He is still working, as I had an e-mail from him last night asking me to include an item on the agenda. He has a keen interest in things. Apologies have been received also from Deputies Olivia Mitchell and Ruairí Quinn and Senator David Norris.
The draft minutes of the meeting of 27 May 2015 have been circulated. Are the minutes of the meeting agreed?

Arising from the minutes I wish to raise the case of Ibrahim Halawa. I acknowledge the note on the matter, which I will not discuss now, and I thank the Chairman for his continuing efforts on his behalf.
Once again the court case has been delayed until August 2015. I have written to the committee asking that we should consider sending out a delegation to visit Ibrahim Halawa and also that we should consider taking the opportunity to discuss the situation with his lawyers and members of the Egyptian Government. In light of the fact that he is now on hunger strike, the situation -----

If the Senator wants to discuss this at greater length, it would be more appropriate to deal with it under correspondence. I will call him first and we will have an opportunity to discuss it in more detail. Is that okay?
