Just to add, Chairman, on that point that within the Basel II, there was an arrangement, let's call it an arrangement, whereby sectoral concentration risk would be picked up, and sectoral concentration risk would be picked up in terms of Basel would ... would demand more capital for a portfolio that had more concentration. So that may have been the reason, you know, as well why, I think, the thing fell into abeyance, was that it was going to be picked up by Basel.
