It depends on the particular reasons somebody might need to live in a particular location. It could be to do with health indicators for family members, the closeness to schools or something like that, as opposed to someone deciding he or she simply wants to live in a particular house. One must bear in mind that there is quite a lot of movement in rent supplement. People do not necessarily move into a house and stay in it for life. They tend to move around. If there are particular circumstances attached to the family composition or its need to be in a particular location, we will take those into account.
