I'm saying, I think, that I regard the paragraph you refer to as sort of ambiguous, and that its message is not clear to me, and that the substance of the conclusion of the meeting, in my memory, was not in line with one interpretation of that paragraph, which is that the two institutions were not solvent. That is my understanding of the outcome of the meeting, that no clear message emerged from the meeting that this was the conclusion.
