I was criticised earlier for what I said about what would be the most efficient or effective way of getting a report in the shortest amount of time possible, which could then be scrutinised. The person who holds all the records and all the documents in that instance is the liquidator. The discussion would then have been around how to manage the conflict of interest issues. That conversation would have been between ourselves and the Minister at the time.
