And it's the specialists and ... like, if you look at the Intels, the Corrib Gas, the Pfizers, and so on, you know, we have the specialist main contractors and subcontractors that have built and delivered those and, thankfully, that pipeline is still very good. And the core ... the big group of our ... both the people who are contributing to us and the people who are involved as presidents and vice presidents and so on, are very much in that sector.
